Seeking a person or couple who can create and execute a plan to build on the heritage of a wonderful working farm that's been in the same family for 70 years. There are 40 mature apple trees, a 1.5 acre pen for deer/sheep etc and grazing ground that can be turned into productive vegetable beds or pens. An amazing canvas. Hoping to find experienced applicant(s) who can build an organic operation that is productive and sustainable. I would commit to an intermediate term partnership with long term potential if it makes sense. Owner can impart financial skills and 10-50 hours of labor per week, and applicant(s) would be expected to lead ag operation. 3 BR house is available potentially but needs some work - handy skills a big plus.
